Nov 15th, 2007 – Construction works under way
On Nov 15th, 2007 CHEMKOSTAV Michalovce, the overall supplier, were handed over the construction site and got construction works under way.
Nov 2nd, 2007 – Building permit
The city of Košice, as the 1st degree building authority, issued the Building permit MK 07/2054 13-13/1/STS for “Rezidencia Cassovar, Floriánska st, Košice”, effective from Nov 2nd, 2007.
